EMBROIDERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Tape Charges: $30.00(p) per thousand (3000 stitch minimum)
• Artwork: Accepted only in PC format; EPS, JPG, TIF, GIF, AI
• Customer Supplied Tapes: We welcome your existing Tajima disk, however we cannot guarantee the quality of a customer supplied disk. (subject to approval)
• Editing Charge: Any change to an existing logo will be charged at $30.00(p)/1000, min. $30.00(p)
• Personalization: $7.00(v) per name or number (up to 15 characters)
• Tajima Disk Copies: Any requests for copies of an embroidery disk will be honored for a charge of $70(p), and are available ONLY in tajima format.
• Job Quotes: Jobs are quoted based on estimated stitch counts; however, orders will be billed according to ACTUAL stitch count.
• Thread Change Charge: $30.00(p) per combination for more than 2 thread color combinations per logo
• Finishing Services: $.50(p) per garment polybags
• Spoilage Allowance: 2% on all apparel and caps
• Terms: 50% Deposit, balance due prior to shipping. Net Due terms to
pre-approved accounts
