2. Email us (or use
our easy upload form ») your artwork in one of the following
formats:
JPG, GIF, BMP, TIF, EPS
3. Choose embroidery location and thread colors
4. Prepay using company check, VISA, Mastercard, American Express
5. Expect a full color fabric sewout of your logo within 5 days or order
placement
6. Fax us your written confirmation of approval
7. We will ship your order (folded and bagged) from Corporate Outfitters
within 10 working
days from receipt of approval
PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS

2. Email us (or use our easy upload) your artwork in one of the following

3. Choose ink colors and logo location

Note: Any charges (including freight)
will be credited back to the card in full upon return of the samples.
Samples for items outside of our normal apparel offerings may not be
returnable (please inquire when ordering)

charge

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I send you my logo and what format
do I need to use?
Send us an email containing a digital file of your logo and artwork
in one of the following formats: EPS (preferred), JPG, GIF, TIF, BMP, or AI.
For files less than 1 MB, you can email your artwork to info@corporateoutfitters.com
or use our Free Stitch Quote form »
to upload any size file.
How long does it take to get my order?
You should receive a first-time apparel order within 15 working days
of the date we receive your written/faxed approval, plus shipping time.
The delivery time for a Reorder is 10 working days of the date we receive
your order, plus shipping time. Expedited shipping is available upon
request.
What is the minimum amount I can order? Can I
mix styles, colors and sizes?
The minimum order for embroidered apparel is 24 pieces. Styles/colors/sizes
can be mixed to achieve this minimum. The minimum order for caps is
24 pieces per color, per style.
Can I get a discount on large orders?
Yes, call us for a customized quote when your order is for more than
the 24-piece minimum.
How do I get a sample of an item?
Samples of your orders are available at no charge. We do require a credit
card number in order to ship the sample. You will be credited in full
(including freight) upon return of any sample.
Can I have more than one embroidery location
on my garment?
Yes, additional locations of embroidery are available at $3.50 per garment
per location (some locations, such as on collars or cuffs, may incur
additional charges).
Can I just purchase the blank shirts from Corporate
Outfitters?
No.
Will the garment shrink?
Shrinkage has been greatly reduced in the garment industry over the
years, however you may experience slight shrinkage depending on the
specific manufacturer. Sizing charts are available for most manufacturers
upon request.
Do you have Big/Tall sizes available?
Yes, we do work with a handful of vendors that offer a wide variety
of clothing in Big/Tall sizes.
